Unique Pigments: Sweet Treats Colelction

Hello lovely ladies! Although I am supposed to be preparing for finals, i decided to get side tracked and post something today!  I recently discovered many indie mineral makeup companies, and although i want to try them all, i have been very cautious and decided to try oe at a time lol.  i ordered some samples from Unique Pigments.  This collection was sent to me as a gift, not even for review consideration or anything like that (we are part of the same makeup group, and we send each other little somethings randomly, as a means of brightening someones day!)  I love it so much i deciced to blog about it.  Let take a look:

The Sweet Treats Collection consists of 6 coordinating shades:

The names make me hungry lol!

Swatches over a light coat of concealer.

I wore most of them here.

My Mothers Day face =D

About the Pigments:

This collection has neutral shades and lean more toward the warm side. The pigments are unbelievable easy to blend.  They go on so silky and velvety and seriusly they blend like a dream! this collection is not meant to be intense, however, the color payoff is great.  Buttercream is a soft off white shade.  They are not shimmery or glittery at all, but they do have a slight satiny glow to them...not matte either, very  "Unique"

I used UDPP and it lasted all day till 2am when i washed it off.  and the best part...no fallout during application yay, due to their lack of glitter.

The sample sized clamshells are pretty good size. Do check her FB page to see more swatches, Zhen does make gorgeous shades, eye safe and sensitive eye safe (i should know lol).

  1. I love the mothers day look, its neutral somewhat but totally flexible look to go out for lunch and dinner. Love the way you did the liner.
