FOTD: Lime, Teal and Blue

I felt like wearing some loud and colorful makeup today, and of course, I pulled out my Sugarpill Heart Breaker palette. I have tried so many combinations of all the 4 colors, and I think this is the last possibility I can think of...for now :)

I also used a blue liner on my waterline, and went over it with the actual powder shadow, which was a first for me.  I thought it would be uncomfortable, but it wasn't. It did feel dry at first, then it smeared all over the whites of my eyes, but I just wiped it off with a q tip and it was good to go. 

I must say, I did see a difference. My liner was more vibrant and intense with the powder shadow on top, and in my opinion, it did last longer and I did not have raccoon eyes at all.  Needless to say, I will be 'setting' my waterline eye liner from now on, it's an extra step that I don't mind at all :)
