Today i wanted to share an amazing lip butter and lip scrub i recently ordered from Simply Sweet Skin. They recently had a sale in which you buy a Lip Scrub and get the lip butter free, best of all, their prices are very reasonable, the scrub and butter are $3.50 for the scrub and $3.25 for the butter! They have a variety of flavors, i chose 2 sets, "Peppermint Twist" and the other one oi asked them to surprise me, and i received "Black Cherry Vanilla" another awesome fact about this small comany is that the owner and the one who creates it all is a NURSE! What they Claim: Lip Butter
Not only are the lip butters tasty, but they are also thick and creamy and filled with skin loving goodness! All natural and 100% handmade/NO base used. These come in a 10ml pot ( don't forget to get the matching lip sugar scrub!) - Our lip butters are not heavy or waxy - they go on very smooth and silky.
Ingredients: soywax, cocoa butter, shea butter, mango butter, castor oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, vitamin e, flavor oil
Lip Scrub:
Sweet Lips Sugar Scrub - the perfect lip scrub to smooth out dry flaky lips. Sometimes balms just won't do the trick. You need to exfoliate the lips first and then apply your balm! To be honest, i have tried a number of lip scrubs. butters, treatments etc. I tried this the very forst night i received it and let me tell you, i was very impressed and very happy. The lip scrub is very moisturizing but not oily, and it does get rid of flaky lips. My favorite is the peppermint, as it tinlges and refreshes so nicely. i kid you not, nothing has ever worked like this for me, i seriously did not even need the butter afterwards, but of course i slathered on. The best part? it is edible!!!! Also, you only need a tiny bit of the scrub to exfoliate the lips, but if you are like me, you will use twice as much, one to lick it off and the second to rinse it lol.
The lip butter also lives to its claims. It is in solid form, but still scoopable, or i just rub my finger in it and im set. The butters i have tried before have been a major disappointment, as they were either too solid and dry, impossible to scoop out, or too gooopy, vaseliney and gross. You know how some lip butters kind of form some disgusting film/gunk around the lips? Well not this one. Nope. and i wear this at night before i go to bed and in the morning, as part of my skin care routine. And i have noticed i no longer need to use a lipblm throughout the day, my lips are soft and moisturized.
Needless to say, i am beyond happy with this lip set. i highly recommend it. I even got my little one hooked on the vanilla one lol. Please give this a try if you need a good scrub and lip butter. it is worth every cent and mouch more!
